Business Development Training
Empowering team members with business development training so that each team member is well-versed and comfortable. Each training will be 60 minutes for any members of your company. Each training will have live discussion and Q&A.
Training topics include: Intro to Federal Contracting, Identifying and Vetting Federal Opportunities, Researching Federal Contracts and Companies, Researching Competitors, Teaming (evaluating others and corporate positioning), Capture Planning, After-Proposal Activities, Shredding an RFP, Team Member Responsibilities During a Proposal, and Proposal Building Blocks (e.g. past performance, management sections).
